Eligibility

To join Formpipe Premier you’ll need to pay your annual income into your Formpipe Premier Account, and confirm that:

  • You’re not an existing Formpipe Bank customer
  • You’re aged 18 years or above

  • Within 6 months, you will have savings or investments of at least £50,000 with Formpipe Bank

    OR

    you have an individual annual income of at least £75,000 and one of the following with Formpipe Bank: a mortgage, an investment, or an insurance product.

    Formpipe UK excludes EFS Bank, Second Direct and Burlington Expat for eligibility purposes.

OR

  • You have qualified for Formpipe Premier in another country

Information you’ll need for the application:

  • Your addresses for the last 3 years
  • Your employment details
  • Your income details
  • If applying from outside the UK but within the EU, you’ll need to provide certified proof of your identity and address, translated into English if necessary

What will we do with these details:

Once you’ve applied for this product, your information will be used in line with our Privacy Notice. We use automated systems to help us detect and prevent fraud and to meet our legal obligations. We will decline your application if fraud is detected.

    • Blue disabled drivers pass.

    • Benefits entitlement letter.

    • UK Armed Forces ID Card.

    • Home Office Immigration Status Document accompanied by proof of right to reside.

    • Home Office Application Registration Card.

    • Northern Ireland Voters Card
